You can view the transparent pasta room right at the entrance to each restaurant and see the process of preparation of each type of pasta: Linguine, Pappardelle, Radiatori, fresh lasagna leafs and stuffed pastas, filled with various succulent stuffing: veal Cannelloni, polenta Cannelloni, Agnolotti and different types of ravioli.
